As an associate agent working exclusively with Mary Lou Morris Homes, Jennifer Mather brings 23 years of experience in customer relationship and support management. After 17 years in the Hospitality Industry building loyal customers for several businesses, Jennifer moved into the home security business in the position of Senior Security Specialist. Defining customer solutions that answer to customer needs is her expertise – and passion. In so doing, Jennifer was awarded the “Outstanding Sales Achievement Award ” for highest sales in 2002. All the while, Jennifer was interested in the real estate industry. She knew she could apply her skills to help people make [one of] the most important decisions in their lives: a home purchase. She enrolled and acquired her Real Estate licence in 2003. Now several years later, with numerous home sales behind her, Jennifer is even more determined to give her clients the finest and fullest representation.
Jennifer lives her favourite quote by Plato, “You can discover more about a person in an hour of play than in a year of conversation.” She insists on making the home-buying process a wonderful, fun-filled experience.
During her leisure time, she will make her way to the tennis court at every opportunity, and also loves to play her keyboard and sing. Jennifer knows that being healthy physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually will give her the wherewithall to best perform her role as buyer specialist; she lives her commitment by exercising regularly and staying informed by enrolling in natural health and healing courses.

Julia Warkentin
Administrative Assistant (Unlicensed)
Julia currently works with Mary Lou as an unlicensed assistant and will be obtaining her Real Estate License in the spring of 2012. Julia has spent the last 16 years managing her own successfull web design company along with 2 years of reception and administrative work at a local real estate office. Julia’s understanding of marketing, client services & administrative duties provides her with a breath of knowledge & an exceptional advantage when assisting all of our clients.
Julia is excited to continue on her new career path with the same professionalism & dedication she has exhibited in all her past business endeavours. Julia looks forward to assisting you in fulfilling your home ownership dreams.
Julia resides in MacLaren’s Landing with her husband Glenn and their 2 boys Kurt & Alex, 2 cats, Cow & Lucy, and family pooch Frodo. Julia’s 2 older children have left the nest and are on successful careers paths of their own. Her daughter Eve is currently an occasional teacher at the OCCSB & her son, Tristan is studying Business Marketing at Algonquin College.
Julia is also actively involved with the 872 Kiwanis Kanata Air Cadet Squadron in Kanata and has been a member of the Parent Sponsoring committee for the past 5 years filling the roles of Web Designer, Fundraising Director & Secretary.
